Mrs. Elizabeth Loveless


Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Loveless, 53, who resided at 62 Sweetbay, will be today at George A. Smith & Sons with the Rev. E. J. Grimsley officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Loveless died Friday morning at Jackson Madison County General Hospital after a long illness.

She was born in Madison County, daughter of the late Clarence Hill and Mrs. Nora Johnson of Jackson. She had resided all her life in the community and attended Jackson public schools.

On July 27, 1936, she was married to Lawrence R. Loveless, who died in 1959. She attended the Assembly of God church.

Besides her mother, she leaves a son, Buddy Loveless of Tulsa Oklahoma; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Alice Collins and Mrs. Connie Maness, both of Jackson; a brother, Arthur Nolan Hill of Memphis; three sisters, Mrs. Nina Walker, Mrs. Edna Knight and Mrs. Tracie Smith, all of Jackson and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Donald Smith, Bruce Smith, Gene Smith, Lonnie Cupples, James Skinner and Robert Hill.
