- ↑ The whole family were travelling together:- Rev Ebbott, Sally, Jno, Philip and Emma. John and Sarah's youngest son at the time William died the day before they landed in Port Adelaide only a few months old. 23 other adults and children died on the journey after being ravaged by measles and sickness.
The trip took 3 and half months in total with the family arriving on 13 Aug 1852
