Adopted by Sibbets family. Spent first birthday at Fort Boise, ID. Second birthday at Fort Walla Walla, WA. LIved in Salem, OR in 1881-82, moved to Gervais OR 1891-92. Name changed to Minnie Maud Sibbets. Adopted father was John L. Sibbets. Minnie never married.

Have several pictures of Minnie and Cora. It appears they were close all of their life. Minnie lived in East Olympia, WA when the Morgan Brassfield Sr. family did also.
