16 Feb 1710/11: Richard Jennings & Mary Jennings his Wife of Bridgewater in Consideration of the Lover & tender affection which we bear unto our Son Samuel Jennings & the Pity which we have towards him by reason of his Lameness Together with other Considerations give 21 acres lot whereon we now dwell in Bridgewater given to Mary Jennings by our s'd Father Joseph Bassett reserving use and improvement unto us during our Natural Lives.
