Biography

Samuel Andrews was a lieutenant in the militia when they lived in Southington, Hartford, Connecticut. He had two wives, Mary Scott and Sarah Hubbard. He married Mary Scott on the November 8, 1721, she was dau. of Samuel and Mary Orvis Scott. She died December 17, 1741. In March 18, 1742 he married Sarah (Nott) Hubbard born at Wethersfield February 1707/8 and died at Southington, June 15, 1780 at age 73, widow of William Hubbard of Middletown (Kensington).
