Sally Dugger was named in the Nov 1811 court record listing the heirs of Daniel Dugger, deceased. Sally was listed as an infant meaning she was under 21. (Brunswick Co., VA Order Book 24 page 357). Sally Dugger was named in the Jan 1812 court record showing the division of the estate of Daniel Dugger. She received 28 acres from the estate. (Brunswick Co., VA Order Book 24 page 514). On 13 Oct 1813 Benjamin Marshall obtained a marriage bond in Brunswick County to marry Sally S. Dugger. William M. Dugger (her brother) was bondsman. I have no record of them after their marriage.
