The only evidence supports Collier, but her baptism is not found with those of the other children of William Collier (TAG p. 49:215, and p. 51:58), making it doubtful. Chandler seems disproven by virtue of age and father's will, and no such name as Ruth Chester has been found in appropriate records and no documented evidence has been produced to support it. Obviously, until her parents can be identified, the place of her birth remains a mystery.
