I have been researching my family trees for about 7 years. Have been quite successful with some and have hit brick walls with others. I started with 5 names and birthdays which were in my fathers papers. Unfortunately these were not found until after the death of he and his siblings. I have completed most of his lines back to the 1600s. Not all the information is carved in stone and am looking for thoses links that will prove this information. My mothers family (Vollrath) are the brick walls. They came to this country from Germany and as of today I am still trying to find information on them.
