Will Abstract
- The will of Robert Medley was entered in probate on Sept. 20, 1759 in Culpeper County. Evidently unmarried, Robert willed his estate be divided among his mother, Eleanor, his brothers and members of their families named in the will. Family members mentioned in the will are brothers John, Isaac, Jacob, and James; brothers-in-law May Burton, Sr. and Reuben Shelton; nephews May Burton, Jr., Ambrose and Reuben Medley (sons of Jacob), Thomas Shelton; nieces Susannah Eastham and her sister Elizabeth.
