  18. The Last Will and Testament
    In the name of the Benevolent Father of all:
    I, Robert S. Leach, of Mt. Sterling, Madison County, Ohio, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament.
    Item 1. I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses by paid as soon as is practical after my decease.
    Item 2. I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate both real and personal, to my step-daughter, Mary E. Porter, and to my grand-daughter, Opal McCafferty, share and share alike.
    Item 3. I do hereby nominate and appoint Z.D. Fisher as executor of this my last will and testament.
    I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
    In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of March, 1924.
