    Richard Runciman, 79, died at 8 o'clock this morning at the home of his son, R.R.Runciman, 2211 Oxford street, after a six months period of illness, the last three weeks being confined to his bed. His wife died four years ago. He formerly lived in Austin, coming to Rockford after his wife's death. The son is the only surviving relative.
    Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock at Louis Marsh undertaking rooms 115 South First street, the Rev. Wm. H Fulton, officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home cemetery, Forest Park.
