Rachel Ferree, daughter of Philip Ferree, late of East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, above the age of fourteen years, chooses her uncle, Richard Ferree as her guardian.

Note. Anna Ferree - deceased. Benjamin Witmer - deceased. He made no provision for the children of Benjamin Witmer and Anna Ferree as Benjamin was indebted to him for an amount equal to that given his other children.
Executors: Philip Ferree and James B. Ferree (sons)
The estate consisted of real and personal property: a tavern house and about 45 acres of land in Lampeter Township.
