    Philip devised a tract of 234 acres plus to his three youngest sons, Abraham, Richard, and James.
    On 29 February 1804, Richard Ferree (wife Elizabeth) and Abraham Ferree (wife Lydia) for 5 shillings confirm James in his right to his part of his father's estate.
