    This Indenture made the twenty sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven Between Wilmott Ebbott of the parish of Tremaine in the County of Cornwall widow Philip Ebbott of the said parish of Tremaine yeoman John Kelly of the parish of Menheniot in the said County yeoman Thomas Kelly of the parish of Quethiock in the said county yeoman of the one part and the said John Kelly of the other part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings of lawful money __ in England to each of them the said Wilmott Ebbott Philip Ebbott John Kelly and Thomas Kelly in hand well and truly paid by the said John Kelly at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the __ whereof or hereby respectively acknowledged they the said Wilmott Ebbott Philip Ebbott John Kelly and Thomas Kelly Have and each and every of them Hath bargained and sold and by these presents Do and each and every of them Doth bargain and sell unto the said John Kelly his executors administrators and assigns [All?] that the moiety or halfendeale of and in a messuage and tenement with the appurtenances situate lying and being in North Tregare within the Parish of Tresmeer in the County of Cornwall aforesaid and which said moiety or halfendeale messauge lands and hereditaments have been some time divided and are now called and hereafter to be known by the following description (that is to say) all that messuage and tenement situate lying and being in or called North Tregeare in the parish of Tresmeer aforesaid containing in all twenty four acres and twelve perches of land or thereabouts and which consists of the several [closes?] or parcels of land called by the respective names and containing by estimation the respective quantities hereinafter specified (that is to say) houses and [curtilage?] one rood and twenty perches garden sixteen perches Pound Meadow five roods and thirty five perches __ Orchard one rood and twenty five perches Pound Meadow Orchard twelve perches Great Undertown four acres and seven perches Great Marsh one acre and twenty perches Little Marsh three roods and thirty perches Lower Garden one rood and of pasture common of __ and all other commonable rights mines minerals quarries furzes trees woods underwoods coppices and the ground and soil thereof mounds fences hedges ditches ways waters watercourses liberties privileges rights easements profits commodities emoluments hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said moiety or halfendeale messuage lands tenement hereditaments and premises belonging or in __ appertaining or to or with the same or any part of them respectively now or at any time hereafter demised leased held used occupied or enjoyed or accepted reputed deemed taken and known as part parcel or member of them or any part of them or appurtenant thereunto with their and every of their appurtenances and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders yearly and other rents issues and profits of all and singular the said moiety or halfendeale messuage lands hereditaments and premises To have and to hold the said moiety or halfendeale messuage lands tenement and hereditaments and all and singular other the premises hereinafter mentioned and intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances unto the said John Kelly his executors administrators and assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and unto the full end and term of one whole year from the __ next ensuing and fully to be complete and __ yielding and __ therefore the __ of a pepper corn of one __ shall be demanded __ the intent that by virtue of these presents and by force of the statute made for transforming these into possession the said John Kelly may be in actual possession of the said premises and may thereby be enabled to accept and take a Grant and Release of the same and of the reversion and inheritances __ to him his heirs and assigns to and for __ shall be by him or them hereafter declared concerning the same In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents being first duly stamped their hands and seals have __ the day and year first above written
