    -16 Oct 1727 Edward Mott of Westerly did exhibit to the Town Council in behalf of his Daughter-in-law Penelope Holloway Administratrix of the Estate of her husband Benjamin Hollowy late of South Kingstown deceased an account of her Admin. she not being present by reason she is now confined to his Majesties Goal in Newport by virtue of an execution procured by Samuel Perry of Westerly;
