As a child with her parents and siblings moved to Sheridan County, Wyoming from Centerville, App Co., Iowa.
She was married to Henry C Todd, and they probably divorced before his death.
She also married a William Borsch probably in California.
During World War II she and her sister were "Rosie the Riveters" at Lockheed near North Hollywood.
For some years Nellie and her sister Fanny (Williams) Grove lived together in North Hollywood.
They were probably widows at the time.
