OBR book, pg 124 has Aug 1892 as his marriage date to Amelia but that is not correct as per the marriage records at ancestry.com. The book is correct in that he married Amelia in Fort Wayne, Allen Co., Indiana.

Notes from Oscar Burton Robbins' book, pg 124: "Jack", as Nehemiah is called, is a Railroader, still lives in the family homestead and loves to work in his garden. He takes great pride in his flower beds and the yard is a mass of color in summer. When he was twenty years of age he helped lay the foundation of Saint Patrick Catholic Church. While not a Catholic himself he and Monsignor Monahan are the best of friends. He did not seem to mind when his son, Ira joined the Catholic church, breaking a strong line of the Baptist faith, saying "everyone should live the way they believe". Other hobbies have been fishing and hunting.

Nehemiah was apparently also called 'Myre' as he is in this 1900 census and also is named that way in his mother's obituary. See her notes. I, Janie, suppose Myre can be a phonetically shortened form of Nehemiah.
