Obituary from History of the Jackson Family of Hempstead, Long Island, pg 118, published in a Fort Wayne paper: Ira Gaskill, 73, who resided with his sister Mrs. Lottie Smith of 404 Elizabeth St., died at the Lutheran Hospital at noon Wednesday. He had been a patient at the hospital since last October. He was an employee of the maintenance-way department of the New York Central Railroad here. Burial at Prairie Grove Cemetery.
