Myers is 38 born Aug 1842 in Kentucky (parents same), farmer, widower; with mother Nancy B. 78 born (Jul?) 1827 in Kentucky (parents same), widowed, with 1 of 1 child living [sic]; children are Nellie 19; Jesse O. 16 IL; Burdie M. 14; and Myrtle 13 MO. {ed 24, sh 16b, p. 130, roll 838 HeritageQuest} Her sons Edward F. 49 and Samuel F. 45 are also in Barton Co.
 Her sons Edward and Samuel went to Crawford Co., Kansas.
