Because she had fallen on icy ground at the well and broken her hip. she moved in with her youngest daughter, Willie and son-in-law, Noel Galloway in McCaysville, GA to be neared medical care (such as it was at the time.) Noel got her a wheelchair, but she had a blood clot from the fall. It moved to her heart causing it to stop.
