Obituary

    Mrs. Mary Rorick, aged 80, a resident of Jefferson Township, Allen County, for 75 years, died of apoplexy at 1:15 a.m. today at her home on the Webster Road, six miles east of New Haven.   She was a native of Tonawanda, N.Y.  She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church at Besancon and the Rosary Society of the church.     Surviving are four sons, Clement and Justin, both at home; Nathan, of Marion Township, and Frank of Jefferson Township, four daughters, Mrs. Agnes Converset and Mrs Lucetta Lomont, both of Jefferson Township; Mrs. Rose Mellon of Hobart, and Mrs Gertrude Schlink, of New Haven; three brothers, Charles Sordelet, of Pueblo, Col., and Edward Sordelet, former superintendent of the Allen County Farm, and John Sordelet, both of Fort Wayne; four sisters, Mrs Clara Clutter and Mrs. Ida Urbine, of this city; Mrs. Louise Haines, of Albion and Mrs Alline Carter, of Indianapolis; 34 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.     funeral services will be held Monday at 9 a.m. at the home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic   church, with the Rev. Nicholas J. Allgeter officiating.  Burial in the church cemetery.  The body was taken to the Harper Funeral Home at New Haven.
