  11. Martin Co. - Naval Surface Warfare Center - Crane Burial Center - Little Hickory Cemetery: The online listing cites her death year as 1893. I speculate that this is an error in interpreting the grave stone. If it is read as 1898, the calculation for her birth date then corresponds with her birthdate. This makes her birth year the same as her husband, George Porter. If she indeed lived 61 years, 4 mo, 8 days and died in 1893, she would have been 5 years older than her husband. Additional proof is that she was 13 years old when the 1850 census was taken in Perry Twp, Tuscarawas Co. OH.
