Doctors Stowe and Radway of Mexico reduced the fracture, but it is feared it will never knit owing to the chalky condition of the bones. Syracuse Sunday Herald, 24 Jan 1904: "SPORTY" JUROR / Offered to Bet $2.50 on Case He Was Trying / ...The action was that of Frank Looker of Volney against the town of Scriba, the plaintiff suing to recover $1,000 damages for the loss of the services of his wife, who is claimed to have been injured by being thrown out of a wagon near Scriba Corners on August 29th, 1902... After three days' trial the verdict was $125 for the plaintiff. Fulton Times, Jan. 1904: NORTH VOLNEY Mrs. Frank Looker is very ill with pneumonia. She has been confined to her bed for over a year. The survivors are her husband, four sons: Ray, Benjamin, and Leal Looker all of this city; two daughters, Mrs. Ida Ingalls of this city and Mrs. Minnie Olin of Orwell; a brother and a sister. The funeral was held this afternoon. Burial in North Volney. Oswego Times, Sept. 1917: Mrs. Julia Roser, Mr. and Mrs. George Roser, Otto Roser, Asa Roser, Mr. Harry Bush, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Spink and son Glenn motored to Fulton last Friday and attended the funeral of Mrs. Julia Roser's sister, Mrs. Frank Looker.
