After three days' trial the verdict was $125 for the plaintiff. Mr. Looker had just arrived at the home of Mrs. Ingalls for a visit and complained of feeling tired. He laid down to rest and when his daughter went to speak to him he was dead. He was the father of Alonzo Looker of this place, also one son living in Oswego and one in Fulton.
