A graduate of Geneva College. She was a music teacher before her marriage.They lived in New York city for a few years where he was a buyer in SilkDept. of O'Neils Dept. Store. Later he returned to farm near Northwood where Helen was born. After William died, Maggie lived with her daughter, Charlotte in Lima,OH, and also spent time in Arizona with her other daughter, Helen.Maggie was the only grandparent Jim Hughes remembers. He was 8 when she died.
