  16. Mrs. Walter Goodenow, mother of Mrs. Stacy Thompson, died at Hinsdale, Ill. (where she had been visiting relatives) at 6 a.m., this morning, of dropsy, aged 70 years. Mr. Goodenow and Mrs. Thompson were present at her death. The funeral will occur at Hinsdale, where relatives are buried.
  17. Death of Mrs. Goodenow - Mr. S.C. Thompson received a dispatch yesterday morning from Hilsdale, Illinois, that Mrs. Goodenow, Mrs. Thompsons mother, died there at 6 o'clock. Mrs. Thompson has been there for over a month nursing the old lady who has been ill for several weeks with a complication of liver and kidney diseases. Mrs. Goodenow was a most excellent specimen of woman-hood, and her death is a most serious loss and beraevement to her family and friends. She was about 70 years of age, but her vivacity and good nature made her appear young.
  18. Mrs. Walter Goodenow, the mother of Mrs. Stacy Thompson, died last Friday morning at Hinsdale, Ill., of dropsy aged 70 years, and the remains were interred at that place.
  19. Died - Mrs. Goodenow, sister of Mrs. Kniffen, last Friday morning at the residence of W.O. Cole. Funeral was held Saturday at 2:30 pm.
