Her mother Sarah's obituary mentions that the family moved to White county, Arkansas, in December 1886.
"HARSHAW – Mrs. Sarah S. Harshaw was born June 5, 1845; was married to S. M. Harshaw Sept. 1, 1860; professed the religion of Christ in 1871, and departed this life Aug. 26, 1890. She was born in Mississippi, married and lived there until Dec., 1886, when she, with her husband and family, moved to White county, Ark., where she lived at the time of her death...
