In the Alton Democrat of Mar 16, 1889 in the death notice of Mrs. Huisinga. Mrs. Huisinga, formerly of this place, but now of Prinsburg, MN died at her home last week Tuesday. She leaves a husband and six children to mouren her loss. (The submitter has found what is most probably the Huisinga family in the 1885 Iowa census for Nassau township in 1885) Albertus Huisinga age 29, wife Lucy age 27, children - Lodewyk age 6, Herman age 4, Peter age 2 and Vlazien age baby, the other two children possibly born between 1885 and 1889.
