    MRS. LUCY A. OBERLEY. Services for Mrs. Lucy A. Oberley, 78, of Zulu will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Marquart Funeral Home, Monroeville, and at 10 a.m. in St. Louis Catholic Church, Besancon, the Rev. Edward Keever officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today where Rosary services will be at 8 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Oberley, operator of a restaurant and service station with her husband, Edward C., in Zulu for many years until a few months ago, died at 9:53 p.m. Thursday in Turtle Creek Convalescent Center North. She was a native of Jefferson Township and a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Besancon. Survivors, in addition to her husband, are three daughters, Mrs. Bernice Johnson and Mrs. Celeste Thomas of rural Monroeville, and Miss Audree Oberley, at home; and 15 grandchildren.
