According to the 1900 Census of Hamiliton County, Tennessee United States Census, Louise Belle Eastman was fourteen years old and she and two of her four brothers, James B. Eastman, and Arthur J. Eastman, were living in the household of her married sister, Mary E. Eastman and brother-in-law, Richard Smith Elder. Her parents,Thomas{ Albert }Eastman, and Martha A.{Mary} Woods, were not listed and it is possible they died after Louise B. Eastman was born, but before the 1900 Census was enumerated.

According to the 1920 Turkey Knob, Fayette, West Virginia Census Louise B. Eastman recorded her parents place of birth as unkown, but her sister, twenty years earlier on the 1900 census recorded their parents state of birth as Illinois. Louise Belle Eastman was the youngest of the Eastman children and lived the first fifteen years of her life in the County where she was born. She was nicknamed Lula and at times was called Lou or Louie Belle.

It is known she had at least one sister, Mary, born in December 1876 in Alabama, and four brothers, James, B. born in Tennessee, December 1882, Arthur J. born October 1884 in Tennessee, Thomas, born September 1877 in Scotsboro, Jackson, Alabama. He was known to be living in Bensenville, Illnois in May of 1957. Her brother Dee Britan Eastman born in December 1880 in Soddy, Hamiliton, Tennessee was buried in Camas, Clark, Washington. Louise Belle Eastman was knowelable in the medicinal uses of roots, plants and herbs. She reportedly learned many of the uses through her sister Mary, that had been taught by her father

Thomas Albert Eastman who reportedly was a Doctor and or Druggist. Louise Belle Eastman wore a pouch around her neck that she referred to as secret herbs older than the country itself. The pouch was well worn, and made from a very fine opache leather. The pouch was the only item she possessed that had belonged to her father, and was reportedly given to him by an Indian.

Louise Belle Eastman and her husband Wayne Scott Warwick moved to the Northwest in 1947 and settled in Camas, Clark, Washington where they both remained until their deaths. Louise Belle Eastman passed away three years after discovering she had Cancer of the Thyroid.
