Stoddard, in the town of Lowville, in honor of the former's ninety-fourth birthday. Mrs. Stoddard is very active considering her advanced age, is in full possession of all her faculities, has the enjoyment of good health and the respect and love of her children, four of whom were present.
Mr. and Mrs. James Clobridge, of Allen, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Stoddard, of Champion, and Mr. and Mrs. Norton Stoddard, of Copenhagen; also grand-children, great-grand-children and great-great-grand-children.
The occasion was one of much delight and pleasure to all as the hours were passed in social intercourse of a bountiful dinner, one of the cakes being made by Mrs. Stoddard. After the photographing of the five generations by a grandson, Lewis Stoddard, of Castorland, and wishing her many more pleasant birthdays the company dispersed."
