When Johann Leonard Ziegler died in 1757, his will divided property among sons and daughters, specifying as co-executors his wife, Barbara Zimmerman, and Frederick Zimmerman. The will and previous deeds are silent concerning 200 acres which Barbara by deed of gift granted her daughter Elizabeth on 15 November 1758.
