    Died - In Prattsburgh (NY) on the 13th inst., Mr. Joseph Crandell, aged 89 yr. 10 mo. He was born at Westerly, RI about 1765; at 16 enlisted and continued until the close of the Rev. War. He moved to Renssalaer Co. (NY) at age 25 until 1848, at which time he came to Prattsburgh to live with his daughter. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
