In the Name of God Amen I John Wheeler of Concord In the County of Middlesex & Province of the Massachusetts Bay In New England yeoman being Sick of Body but of sound mind for which I desire to Thank Allmighty God Calling to mind the uncertainty of all Earthly things & Likewise being apprehensive that I am Near my Grate & Last Change I Desire to Commit my Soul to Allmighty God hopeing in his Mercies & Believing in his Promise & that I Shall Arise again at the Resurrection of the Just; and also my Boddy to the Earth to Be Deciently Buried at the Discretion of my Executor here after mentioned and for the Disposing of my worldly Estate Item I Give unto my Loveing Sister Martha Wheeler of Concord Aforesaid whom I Appoint Sole Executor of this my Last will the one half of my whole Estate Real and Personall after my Lawful Debts & Funerall Charges are Paid Excepting my wareing Appril which I Give & Bequeath to my Loveing Brothers Ezra wheeler of Acton & Zachariah Wheeler of Concord Boath in the County and Province aforesaid Excepting my Black Coat which I Give and Bequeath to my Kinsman Mr Joseph wheeler of Harvard in the County of Worcester & the oather half of my Estate Real & Personall Excepting s'd wareing Apparil which Shall be Left after my Debts & funerall Chares are Paid I Give and Bequeath to My Loveing Sister Sarah Wheeler of Concord aforesaid and I make & declare this my Last will and Testament making Void all former wills by me Maid In Witness where of I have here unto Set my hand & Seal this twenty fifth Day of June A D 1769.
