Facts and Events
Other than land transactions, John appears in but a few contemporary records. It seems likely that he was the John Weston who was a grand juror in 1716, and he seems to have been involved in some lawsuits. But the John Weston who arrived in Plymouth in May 1733 and was warned out of town of July 21 1733 for stealing a pair of breeches from Mr. Thomas Wetherell, is NOT this John Weston (probably his nephew, son of Edmund).
