He married Sarah Kettering in Seattle, Washington on 30 January 1920.[2] John died 27 Sept. 1962 at the Providence Hospital, Seattle, Washington[3] and was buried on 1 Oct. 1962 at Holy Rood Cemetery, Shoreline, Washington.
