    Obit from Glidden Graphic. John Nanna Heuton, son of Nanna H. and Johanna (Best) Heuton, came to Carroll Co., Sheridan Twp. in 1877 with his parents making them some of the early settlers of Carroll County. They located in Sheridan Twp. John married Anna Wenck, the daughter of John Christian and Dora (Spieker) Wenck of Lidderdale on 13, Sept. 1905 at Imm. Lutheran Church. To their union were born 4 children-Alvina, who later married Harry Platt. Clarence who married Loraine Wolenberg, Gilbert who married Helen Jacobs and Helene, who married George Fonken. John passed away Nov. 18, 1962. Their farm was one mile east of Lidderdale.
