    Joe Austin Klause

    Joe Austin Klause, 61, 3217 Carter, died Sunday, November 27, 1988.

    Services will be at 4 p.m. today at Memorial Park Funeral Home with Reverend D. D. Slocum of Highland Baptist Church officiating.

    He was born in Barnsdall, Oklahoma. he served with the Navy during World War II in the Seabees. He was a member of the Asbestos Workers Local No. 66 in both Amarillo and Borger.

    Survivors include son, Brian Klause of Houston; four brothers, C. C. Klause of Amarillo, John s. Klause of Bridgeport, and Bob Klause and W. P. Klause, both of Borger and two sisters, Opal Williams of Austin and Ann Jean Janow of Borger.
