OBITUARY 

                    (Palladium-Times Friday May 10, 1963)

Mrs. Jessie A. Cavanaugh, 33 East Sixth St., wife of the late William J. Cavanaugh, died late yesterday afternoon after a long illness.

She was born in Oswego, November 4, 1881, daughter of the late William and Elmina Santee Askew. She was a communicant of St. Paul's Catholic Church.

Mrs. Cavanaugh is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Leo(Betty) Monette, Mrs. George(Julia)Luke both of Oswego and Mrs. Benedict(Rose) Buscher of Fall River, Mass; one sister, Mrs. George(Retta) Lamb, Oswego; 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to attend funeral services Monday at 9 a.m. at the Dain Funeral Home and at 9;30a.m. in St. Paul's Church. Burial will be in St. Paul's cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
