Notes

On 1 Sept 1808 Jesse and Polly Stovall sold 60 acres on Big Difficult Creek for $480 to John McIntosh. Jesse lived for some time in Rutherford Co, TN where he is recorded in 1830. His estate was not administered in Carroll co, MO until 5 Nove 1845. Among his sons was the unfortunate Levi or Leroy Merrit Stovall.
