In the Name of God Amen I Jedediah Brigham of Marlborough in the County of Middlesex and Province of the Massachusetts bay in New England Gent'n being in a weak and Languishing Condition, Infirm in Body and under Sensible Decays of Nature But of Perfect Mind & Memory Thanks being Given to God: Therefore Calling to Mind the Mortallity of my Body and knowning that it is appointed for all Men Once to Dye, do make and ordain this my Last Will & Testament that is to say Principally and first of all I Give and Recommend my Soul into the hands of God that gave it and my Body I recommend to the Earth to be Buried in Decent Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Executor nothing Doubting but at the General Resurrection I Shall Receive the same again by the Almighty Power of God as Touching such worldly Goods & Estate as it hath Pleased God to Bless me with in this Life I Give and Dispose of the same in Manner & Form Following -

Imprimis I order all my Just Debts which I owe to any person or Persons to be well and Truly paid by my Executor hereafter Named out of my Personal Estate After which

I Will and Bequeath to my well Beloved son Solomon Brigham Ten Shillings to be Raised and Levied out of My Personal Estate and Paid him by my Executor and one quarter Part of my wearing Apparrel and this to be his full share haveing given him before in my life time.

Item I Will and Bequeath to my well beloved son Francis Brigham Thirteen Pounds Six Shillings & eight pence Lawfull money to be Paid him within one year next after my decease by my Daughter Dorothy How out of the Land which I Give her by this my last will & Testament on Condition of her Paying the same Sum as aforesaid also one fourth part of my Wearing Apparrel and this to be his full share having Portioned him of in my life time.

Item I Will and Bequeath to Stephen Brigham my well beloved Son Thirteen Pounds Six Shillings & eight pence Lawfull money to be Paid him by my Daughter Lucey Bayley out of the Lands which I give her by this my last Will, within one year next after my Decease and also one fourth part of my wearing apparrel and this to be his full share haveing Portioned him of in my life time.

Item I Will and Bequeath to my well beloved Daughter Dorothy How and to her heirs & Assigns forever The One Moiety or half part of that Tract of Land lying in Prince Town (which is not given away or disposed of by Deed heretofore and is the East or North East part of what I hold by Deed Executed by one Joseph Priest) The one half part of the same both for Quantity and Quality and I Give the same on these Condition viz my Said Daughter Dorothy paying to her Brother Francis Brigham Thirteen Pounds Six Shillings & Eight Pence within one year next after my Decease as is before Expressed in the Legacy willed to him. Also I Give my said Daughter Dorothy Eight Pounds Lawfull money to be Paid her by my Daughter Lucey Bayley out of the Lands I give her by this my last Will [&] Testament and this to be her full share haveing Portioned her of at her Marriage.

Item I Will & Bequeath to my well beloved Daughter Lucey Bayley the one Moiety or half part of what Remains unsold of that Tract of land lying in Princetown which I hold by Deed Executed by one Joseph priest and is the North East Part of said Land. The one half part of said Land both for Quantity & Quality I give to my said Duaghter Lucey on this Condition that she pay out of said Land Thirteen Pounds Six Shillings and 8'd to her Brother Stephen Brigham at the End of one year next after my Decease Also I give to my said Daughter a Tract of Land lying in the Town formerly called Lancaster now Called Bolton in the County of Worcester said Land I hold by Deeds Executed by Jedediah How, James Keyes & Nath'll Hapgood and the same was taken up on Right the Legacy is to Extend to my said Daughter Lucey and to her heirs & Assigns forever and this to be her full Portion haveing Portioned her of at her Marriage - and she is also to pay out of the Last mentioned land Eight Pounds to her sister Dorothy How at the End of one year next after my Decease.

Item I Will and Bequeath to my well Beloved son Winslow Brigham and to his Heirs & Assigns forever all my Real and Personal Estate and the Profits and Priveledges & Appurtnances thereunto belonging which is not given away by this my last Will & Testament and I do Likewise Constitute make & ordain my said son Winslow Brigham my sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow Revoke and Disannul all and every other & former Testaments, Wills Legacies & Bequests and Executors by me in any ways before named Willed & Bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Wittness where of I the said Jedediah Brigham have hereunto set my hand & Seal this Twenty first day of December and in the Third year of his Majesties Reign Anno Domini 1762.
