Will Abstract

Monday 25th October 1830. (Mins. 16, p. 240). The execution of the last Will and Testament of James Robison dec'd was duly proven by the oath of Washington Henshaw and John Robison subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And is as follows:
Names "my two sisters Hannah Robison and Rachel Robison fifty dollars to be paid within twelve months after my death by my wife. Also Polly Kelly, fifty dollars to be paid within twelve months also by my wife, also Jane Robison Kelly fifty dollars to be paid within twelve months also to be paid by my wife, also I will unto Hannah Jane Milburn twenty five dollars to be paid within twelve months after my death by my wife".
"Thirdly, I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jane C. Robison... all my personal property to have and hold and dispose of as she may think fit also all of the lands that I am possest of during her natural live and after her death I will and bequeath the same lands to Jane Robison Kelly and Holden Cammel Kelly the children of James Kelly in witness hereunto I set my hand and affixed my seal the 22th September 1830".

And on motion of Jane Robison and James Kelly who entered into bond the sum of two thousand dollars with Washington Henshaw and John M[c]Gaughey Securities payable and with condition as the law directs administration with the will annexed, is granted them on the Estate of James Robison dec'd. and the said Jane and James having taken the oath of administration, it is ordered that Letters issue to them accordingly.
