The sons of James Draper, James and Jonathan, were appointed administrators of his estate 19 Aug 1697, his widow Miriam having declined. Jonathan, the surviving administrator filed his account 9 Jun 1718.

  3. This James seems to be the son of James & Miriam Draper, though no irrefutable record demonstrating that relationship has yet been found. This James is at least once referred to as James, Jr. in son, Nathaniel's birth record, but other, more direct evidence is needed.
