VI. James Blair of that ilk, who got a charter under the great seal from king Robert II. confirming a charter granted by King David II. to James Blair of that ilk, father of this James, of the lands of Corshogyll, etc. in Dumfries-shire, dated 8th May 1375.
Also another charter fro the same King Robert, of the lands of Hartwood, etc. etc. dated 23rd July 1375.
He died in the reign of King James I. and left a son, David Blair VII.
