Parentage

Some Ancestry Trees have Jacob as the son of Daniel Stover (1757-1822) and Barbara Benedict (1761-1829) of Franklin County, Pennsylvania, but this Jacob appears to be several years too old to have been their son. Daniel and Barbara [Benedict] appear to have married in 1786, nine years AFTER the birth of this Jacob Stover. More research necessary.
