Vol. 1 - SEPTEMBER 19, 1746. - (129) Jacob Dye vs. John Homan} Deft. moved the suit be dismissed because he had not been aiding and helping Sigismund Henley away, who was present in Court--Court adjudged that as the principal debtor is in Court and ready to stand suit, and the deft. was only sued as one aiding and abetting him to run away, that it be dismissed.
