Jacob moved to Berkeley County VA (now WV)
Served as a Private in 5th Co 27th Battalion Kent Militia.
Jacob's estate was administered by his sons William and Benjamin starting in August 1805.
Jacob advertised "RUN away, on the 29th of March last, from the Subscriber, living at the Head of Chester River, in Kent County, Maryland, a Convict Servant Man, named THOMAS RICHARDS..."
