The will of Randell Death calls Charity Comegys his daughter. It is suspected, but not proven, that her mother is Martha Comegys C 112, the daughter of Cornelius Comegys [II].

Deposition of Charity Pratt of Kent County, aged 56, concerning a bound tree said that her mothers father, Cornelius Comegys, told her mother it was there. In the deposition she mentions her eldest brother being Edward Death.
