• Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond - 1800--June 11, Isaac W. Day and Peter Elliott and Richard Rowland (Rolin), securities. Isaac W. Day and Elizabeth Brice. "This is to certify that I, Mrs. Betsy Brice, is twenty-eight years of age, given under my hand this 11th day of June, 1800; and I, likewise, Richard Roland, do certify to the same, given under my hand the same date.--Richard Roland, Elizabeth Brice." Augusta County, &c. "I, Richard Rowland, do swear that Elizabeth Brice, who is about to intermarry with Isaac W. Day (belonging to Capt. Grayson's Company) is past the age of 21 years, and has resided in the said County for several months last past.--Richard Rowland."
