From Isaac's will, probated on July 22, 1794:

Wife: Ann Bartee (plantation I now live on, at the crossroads--during her lifetime, with the plantation called Robertses during her widowhood & all my Negroes during her life, with the liberty to Will or sell or dispose of one-half of all the Negroes, as she may think proper, also one-half of the remainder of my moveable Estate in her lifetime & other one-half during her widowhood)

Brother: Samuel Bartee (one-half of plantation I now live on, at my wife's death, with the plantation called Robertses at wife's marriage or death & one-sixth part of my Negroes, one-third of the one-half of my moveable Estate--Negroes excepted.

Brother: James Bartee (one-half of plantation I now live on, at my wife's death & one half of plantation called Robertses--at wife's marriage & one-sixth part of my Negroes, one-third of the one-half of my moveable Estate (Negroes excepted)

Sister: Peggy Langley (one-sixth part of my Negroes at my wife's death & one-third of the one-half of my moveable Estate--(Negroes excepted) Item: The legacies to my two brothers & sister are in case I should have no children. If a child is born, wife Ann Bartee is to inherit all my real & personal Estate during her life & after her death--the child to heir my real & personal Estate.
